ABSL Class 3 and Class 3+ laboratories and SPF (specific pathogen free) rooms for animal research.

Client: Agri-Food & Veterinary Authority of Singapore

This project built  over  a 3-month  period  provided the  Agri-Food  &  Veterinary  Authority  of Singapore (Public Sector) with a state of the art research facility housed within a new building.

New tablet facility

Client: Wyeth Pharmaceuticals (S) Pte Ltd Singapore

A new Class 10,000 facility for the manufacturing of HRT products, this facility totals some 60,000m², of which we fitted out approximately 6,000m². The scope of our contract was to supply flush walk-on suspended ceilings and cleanroom walls, including plate glass doors. We also designed and supplied highly specialist bespoke stainless steel equipment to a value of $400,000, as part of the project scope.

Upgrade of a solid dose facility (Tablets, liquids and creams)

Client: Synco Ltd Eu Yan Sang International Hong Kong

Located within an existing building in Chaiwan, Hong Kong Island, we worked closely with the client to upgrade this existing pharmaceutical manufacturing facility to meet the GMP requirements of the Hong Kong Government.

Working with the client to establish process flows and the logistics of equipment installation, we developed the design layout and executed the project in phases to ensure production was maintained at all times.

Alterations and new installation of cleanroom ceilings and walls to provide space for pouch fill lines.

Client: Wyeth Nutritionals (S) Pte Ltd Singapore

Puritas’ scope on this project was to re-configure walk-on ceilings and cleanroom walls, to facilitate the installation of new filling lines for Wyeth Nutritionals. The project was executed under difficult conditions, as an ‘island site’ within a live facility. Credit goes to the client’s EPCM contractor for managing the overall project, of which we were proud to be a part.

Key to the success of the project was our ability to re-use some 90% of the existing ceilings in their new orientation.

New nutritional facility

(infant milk powder)

Client: Wyeth Nutritionals (S) Pte Ltd Singapore

This is a new class 100,000 manufacturing facility for the production of infant nutritional products. We provided walk-on ceilings within this facility to some 4,500m², the overall facility being similar in size to the adjacent Pharmaceutical building (60,000m²).

Microflex circuits

manufacturing facility

Client: 3M Pte Ltd Singapore

Our work on this class 10,000 ‘MicroFlex’ printed circuit production facility included M&E services, together with cleanroom fabric. We developed a very close relationship with the client that resulted in follow-on contracts for additional work.

Our design team visited one of 3M’s manufacturing facilities in the USA to better understand the operational issues and learn new ways of further reducing cost and improving the performance of the new facility.

New Cleanroom facility

Client: HSA (Blood Bank) Singapore

Our scope on this project was to convert an existing lab into a grade D Cleanroom. We worked closely with the clients’ design team, the facility managers and end users. The project far exceeded the clients’ expectations with regards to cost, quality and schedule.

Lonza Cell Therapy

Client: Lonza Biologics Singapore

Puritas’ scope on this project was to supply and install cleanroom stainless steel furniture, wall and ceiling systems for the new Cell Therapy building.

Client: MSD Singapore

Working within a fully operational pharmacutical manufactiring facility Puritas used specialist process and procedures to carry out contamination free modifications.

Cleanroom Fit out

Client: Seagate Technology Singapore

Puritas’ scope on this project was to fit out the remaining cleanroom areas on 2 levels of an existing building. The project had to be carried out with a live facility and executed to the highest standards of quality and safety. The first phase of the project was completed 1 week ahead of schedule, and the second phase was completed on schedule.


Scope:

Cleanroom raised access floor, partitions, flush ceiling grid with 100% FFUs and ULPA Filters.

Architectural Fit-out and Finishes for a new three-storey brown-field biopharmaceutical Research and Development facility.

Client: Abbvie Singapore

Scope:

Working on this greenfield project located in Singapore. Puritas carried out this fast track project to highest standard standards both with regard to safety and quality.

New Cleanroom Facility

Client: Alcon Singapore

Detailed design and build project for a new 3000m² pharmaceutical cleanroom.

Data Centre

Client: Confidential

Our scope on this project is to supply and install vertical and horizontal partitioning within the Data Hall forming the Hot Aisle/Cold Aisle containment system, supply air plenums and return air plenums, allowing the air distribution to function in recirculation mode or emergency purge mode. 

The partitions are made of 100mm thick modular sandwich panels, supported by a custom-built steel structure designed specifically for this project. Besides supporting the partitions, the structure also supports all the M&E services within the Data Hall. 

A CFD analysis has been performed to validate the Data Hall cooling system concepts.

Design and Build a specialist clean chemical facility

Client: Melrob / Nordman

This project threw up very specific challenges. As the new facility had to be constructed quickly and safely to allow transfer of existing production equipment as well as installing new equipment during production ramp up.

Working Hand in Hand with the client the project was delivered on time and to a quality standard that exceeded the customers expectation.

Data Centre

Client: Confidential

Our scope on this project was to design, supply and install an drip/leak containment system protecting the entire Data Hall at the top floor of a multi-storey building, to prevent potential water seepage from the roof slab to affect the equipment installed in the Data Hall.

The system consisted of an inverted roof suspended directly from the concrete soffit, with a gravity draining system collecting potential water leaks and at the same time providing support for the Data Hall ceiling and all overhead M&E services within the Data Hall.

Data Centre

Our scope on this project was to supply and install a medium-weight aluminium ceiling system allowing the suspension of M&E services, and a modular partition system for Hot Aisle Containment in the server rooms. The Hot Aisle Containment system specially designed by Puritas allows maximum flexibility for the installation or replacement of server racks of different widths and heights within a same aisle, without any significant alteration of the containment structure.
