As a specialist cleanroom contractor, our engineering capabilities are concentrated on the design of cleanrooms for specialist-controlled environments, with an emphasis on integrated design solutions, interfacing with process design.
With a primary focus on the client brief, we interface with all the necessary design disciplines to develop architectural-based construction drawings from the conceptual stage – be it for fitting out an existing structure or creating a new facility.
Our strengths lie in the management and execution of design, from concept through to detailed design, as we work closely with the client and design team to meet project requirements.

As noted above, we have considerable resources available to us within our supply chain to provide all of the services necessary for a successful project. All of the companies that we call on are not only tried and tested but also fully versed in the requirements of the industry.
An advantage of this type of arrangement, which is invariably overlooked, is the ability to align the right design and construction team with the project scale and requirements.
The result: No project is too large or too small.
As with our cleanroom solutions we focus on providing our clients with bespoke solutions. Each client has unique need which we incorporate into the detail design of our hot and cold aisle containment systems which fully inegate into our ceiling systems
We are able to offer cleanroom systems that have been developed following extensive study and research into the most suitable materials required for the creation of sterile and controlled contamination environments. Together with our key suppliers, we are able to advise our clients on cleanroom solutions tailored to suit their specific project technical requirements and budgets.
Cleanroom systems are available with a variety of surface finishes, including pharmaceutical grade PVC laminated steel high-pressure laminate (melamine) and PVDF lacquer coating, incorporating stainless steel and glass elements where appropriate. Wall and ceiling panels are available with aluminium honeycomb core, foam core or high density mineral wool. A selection of doors and vision panels is available to suit requirements.
Furniture components in stainless steel are available to bespoke designs.
